Abstract
This paper presents an RFID-based smart attendance system designed to automate attendance tracking in educational and organizational settings. The system uses RFID cards, microcontrollers (Arduino/Raspberry Pi), Python scripts, and a Spring Boot REST API to log attendance in a MySQL database. It ensures fast, accurate, and secure data handling, offering a scalable and cost-effective alternative to manual systems.

Conclusion
