Abstract
ServExpress is an online service that links users to trusted professionals to deliver services to their homes such as electricians, plumbers, painters, furniture assembly among others. It simplifies the process of booking, making user and provider accounts distinct. The providers account must go through rigorous verification in order to circumvent the issue of frauds and in order to retain the user trust. On-demand home service platform that aims at filling the gap between busy homeowners and qualified local service providers. As the digital marketplaces keep expanding at an unprecedented pace, the application will streamline the process of hiring a technician to take care of everyday tasks, including cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance service, right to the door of the user The idea behind the application is to make the work of hiring a professional technician to handle everyday tasks, such as cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance maintenance, a one-stop digital It offers two different interfaces: client interface to enable clients to book and track their services, and the provider interface to help professionals manage their availability, jobs and earnings.

Conclusion
The ServExpress platform manages to show an effective and convenient system to handle home services booking via digital means. The project also tackles the issue of conventional approaches by offering a centralized platform on which users can conveniently access and compose credible service users depending on their needs. The system will provide a seamless interaction between users and service providers by incorporating a user authentication feature, service provider management and appointment scheduling.
The implementation outcomes show that the platform will increase the accessibility of the services, the time spent on booking, and the general user experience. Moreover, it opens new perspectives of skilled employees as it allows them to reach more customers. The system may be scaled up and expanded with more sophisticated functions, which include online payment integration, online tracking, and AI-driven recommendations.
To sum up, ServExpress is a very convenient and efficient tool of management of home services in the present time. It brings out the possibilities of web-based applications in streamlining daily activities and enhancing efficiency in service delivery. The platform can be extended into an all-encompassing and business-friendly system with further growth and optimization.
