Abstract
This paper presents a hybrid home automation system using ESP32 microcontroller and Firebase for real-time cloud control, with manual override via physical switches. The system supports sub-500ms response time, offline operability, and open-source customization via GitHub. It is designed for residential and small-office applications, offering a cost-effective and secure alternative to commercial solutions.

Conclusion
