Abstract
In today’s digital economy, data has shifted from a byproduct to a strategic asset shaping innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation. This paper introduces a four-phase framework for enabling a business-aligned data strategy: aligning with business drivers, assessing current-state maturity, designing a future-state architecture, and implementing a phased roadmap. The study emphasizes governance, organizational change, and stakeholder engagement to ensure scalable and resilient transformation.
