This paper investigates the integration of Student-Centered Learning (SCL) and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in higher education pedagogy. Theoretical foundations, curriculum design strategies, and assessment implications are discussed, highlighting the positive impact on student motivation, academic performance, and institutional quality.
