About the IJCT Editorial Board

The International Journal of Computer Techniques (IJCT) is a fully open access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal published online with ISSN 2394-2231. Since its founding, IJCT has provided an authoritative platform for original research, comprehensive surveys, technical notes, and case studies covering every branch of computer science and applied computing.

Our editorial board is structured into three tiers — an Editor-in-Chief who provides strategic direction, a panel of Associate Editors who handle subject-area editorial decisions, and an international panel of Peer Reviewers who evaluate the technical merit of each submission. Every member is selected for their demonstrated scholarly expertise, publication record, and commitment to ethical academic publishing.

Editorial independence: All editorial decisions at IJCT are made solely on the academic merit of the work, free from commercial, political, or institutional influence. We follow COPE guidelines and ICMJE recommendations.

Our Peer Review Process

IJCT operates a transparent double-blind peer review system. Author identities are concealed from reviewers, and reviewer identities are concealed from authors, ensuring evaluations are based purely on scholarly merit. Every submission moves through four distinct stages:

Editorial Screening

Initial check for scope fit, language quality, plagiarism, and formatting. Completed within 3–5 days.

Reviewer Assignment

Editor assigns 2–3 subject-matter reviewers from our board based on expertise tags and topic match.

Double-Blind Review

Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, results, references, and writing quality. 2–4 weeks.

Editorial Decision

Accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject. Final decision issued within 4–6 weeks of submission.

Become an IJCT Reviewer

We continuously invite qualified researchers to join the IJCT reviewer panel. If you hold a Ph.D. or equivalent expertise in any branch of computer science, software engineering, information systems, artificial intelligence, or emerging computing technologies — and you are passionate about advancing scholarly quality — we would be honoured to welcome you to our board.

Eligibility: Master’s degree minimum (Ph.D. preferred), peer-reviewed publication record, ORCID iD, institutional email address, and demonstrated subject-matter expertise. Industry researchers with strong publication records are equally welcome.
