Abstract

Quality Control (QA) in Automation Robots For autonomous robotic systems to be dependable, effective, and safe, testing is essential. Robotics automation testing is considerably more complex than typical software testing because it incorporates hardware integration, real-time processing, and environmental adaptation. This study examines the changing function of quality assurance in robotics automation, emphasizing the main obstacles and recommended procedures for reliable testing procedures. Functional validation is one of QA’s main duties in robotics, where automated systems need to be examined for accuracy, precision, and response time. Regression testing is also essential to make sure that software upgrades don’t interfere with already-existing robotic features. However, a number of issues still exist, such as sensor unpredictability, erratic ambient conditions, hardware-software synchronization, and the unpredictability of AI-driven decision-making.
