Abstract
This paper presents the shift from traditional test automation to intelligent QA powered by AI technologies in DevOps and RPA environments. It highlights how machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics enable self-healing scripts, defect prediction, and autonomous test generation. A conceptual framework is proposed and validated through practical case studies.

Conclusion
