- Submit papers in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) or PDF for LaTeX papers
- Include signed Copyright Form (corresponding author’s signature is sufficient)
- Manuscripts without Copyright Form will not be reviewed
- Use IEEE template format
- Avoid submitting to multiple journals simultaneously
