This article explores how AI can serve as a catalyst for struggling retailers by enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experiences, and driving profitability. Key applications of AI in eCommerce include personalized shopping, efficient inventory management, automated customer service, and robust fraud detection. While presenting opportunities, AI integration also poses challenges such as technological investments and ethical concerns.
