Abstract
This research introduces an intelligent **traffic signal control and navigation system** powered by **Raspberry Pi Model 3**, designed for **obstacle detection and avoidance** in dynamic environments. The robot uses **ultrasonic sensors**, a **L298N motor driver**, and **DC motors** for path correction and collision prevention. The project highlights core concepts in embedded systems, real-time automation, and autonomous mobility, making it suitable for applications in smart traffic management, robotic exploration, and academic prototyping.
