Abstract
Sales of products online or e-commerce is currently becoming a trend in Indonesia. This is supported with the increasing number of internet users in Indonesia, making business opportunities in e-commerce more attractive to business people. PT.Victoria Care Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing for cosmetic and toiletris products, some brands of products are Victoria, Herborist, Miranda, Iria, Nuface, and Sixsence. In 2017 the company released Omahgeulis.com website to market its products online. But the number of products offered to make customers difficult to find products relevant to his interests so that sales at Omahgeulis.com less than the maximum. For that required a system that can facilitate customers in finding product information, one of them by recommending the product. Item-based collaborative filtering is a method for generating recommendations based on similarities between items. Slope One is an algorithm for rating predictions of products that have not been rated by users, this algorithm has advantages that are easy to implement, fast query time, and able to compete in accuracy with other approaches. The working principle of the Slope One algorithm is to calculate the average value of the deviation between items, the advantage is that when there is a new rating the system does not need to calculate from the beginning, but simply adds a new rating with the average deviation value then divides it by the amount of data so as to produce an average value for new deviation. To test the accuracy of the rating prediction value by the research system using Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) by comparing the rating prediction value with the original rating value. From the test results obtained RMSE error value 0.87. Abstract
Databases are prosperous with hid data which can be used for wisechoice making. Classification and affiliation rule mining are crucial to such sensible applications. Thus, if these two methods are somehowbuilt-in would result in wonderful savings and conveniences to the user. Such an integrated framework is referred to as associative classification (AC). This integration is carried out through focusing on a specific subset of association regulations whose consequent incorporates only categoryattribute. Several studies in statistics mining have proven that AC is ultimate to different usual classification algorithms due to its several favourable traits such as readability, usability, training efficient and extraordinary accuracy. Hence, a variety of AC methods for diabetes diseases are studied with its professionals and cons. However, AC suffers from a drawback that massive quantity of guidelines is produced as an output. Now, utilizing all these rules for evaluation would be computationally expensive. This paper studies a number of pruning and contrast methods that are employed to produce qualitative rules. Further, the paper empirically evaluates associative classification approach thinking about quite a number of parameters. Abstract
Every citizen of Indonesia is entitled to get education. In this matter already stated in the 1945 Constitution article 31 paragraph 1. Based on the article, both the municipal government and regional governments have an obligation to provide services and ease in the provision of quality education for every citizen without any discrimination. PPA scholarships are awarded by DIKTI for educational tuition support for academic achievement. PPA scholarships are awarded to D3 and S1 students in their region Kopertis environments. It is expected that universities and Kopertis can adjust to this. In order for the existing scholarship program can be implemented in accordance with the principles of 3T are: Right on target, Exactly Amount, and Timely. Currently in STMIK BinaSarana Global there is no system to determine the scholarship recipients, because there is no suitable system for the selection of scholarship recipients so often the decision is not objective for applicants who apply for scholarships, to produce decision support system that suits the needs of the user is implemented with using AHP and TOPSIS methods to get the best results. This research uses decision support system with AHP and TOPSIS method so that by using this method the scholarship recipients are more screened in accordance with GPA, Achievement, and economic ability which aim to determine the students who are eligible to receive PPA scholarship. The merger of AHP and TOPSIS method with the calculation result using AHP is 0.0550, 0.2633, 0.1178, 0,5640 and calculated using TOPSIS in the highest ranking of 0.980 applied in the Decision Support System with PHP &MySql. Abstract
With the development of the world of information technology today that has penetrated to various sides of human life. Such developments are supported by the availability of hardware and software that increasingly powerful ability. Information Technology can not be separated with the development of the internet world today. The information presented in the internet world is very global and always cultivated ontime so that the update time of information is very fast. Through the internet world web applications are no longer limited as static information providers, but are also able to provide dynamically changed information by connecting to databases. It is not difficult to study the Qur'an, it can easily get information about the Qur'an in the virtual world. It can even download the digital Qur'an software that is widely available on some websites. The verses that exist in the Qur'an are dispersed so that it takes a long time to find a translation of Al-Qu'ran verses needed. Therefore, the authors make a web-based application search translation of Qur'anic verses 'an which will facilitate the user in searching for translations of Qur'anic verses needed with the application of ArifinSetiono Algorithm stemming, vector space-based text profiling model with frequency weighting and Dice similarity function. Based on the results of the implementation and trial of this application is able to find the translations of Qur'anic verses in Indonesian language well so that it helps users learn and get information translation of the verses of Al-Qur'an accordingly. Abstract
Detection devices in the room difficult to do using GPS as there are obstacles that result in a signal to the satellite is not line-of-sight. Based on these problems, developed a system Indoor Positioning System (IPS) with fingerprint method. But the weakness of this method is the required process of data collection (offline stage) in advance who will take time before the system can be used (phase line). In this study using trilateration method by measuring the receive signal strength (RSS) of the sensor WiFi on Android-based smartphone. The problem that there is no stability of the RSS measurement results obtained, therefore, do filter the data using a Kalman filter RSS to reduce noise so that more accurate detection results. Results of research on measuring 8x12 meters closed room getting an average deviation of 1.6 meters. Abstract
The Terrorism is becoming a major threat to the security and integrity of every nation. In the era where many countries are equipped with nuclear warheads, the traditional war between countries is distant reality. The greatest security threat facing the countries like India is not from other countries, but from terrorist organizations that attack informally, using terror at any time and place[1]. The war against such proxy war can no longer be fought with structured battle that with military power but it can only be won with superior knowledge. Terrorist network mining has emerged as a novel field of research often applied to investigation of organized crimes. Abstract
This study aims to analyze Usability to Computer Based Test applications through the User Experience approach in SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang using Jacob Nielsen method using 5 variables namely, Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, and Satisfaction. this study starts from the low value of semester exam results using CBT. The population in this study are students of class XI year lesson 2015/2016 SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang. The sampling technique of this research is saturated sample consists of 158 people. The results showed the level of user experience of the Computer Based Test application including the category strongly agree the results of the questionnaire assessment of respondents with an average value of 91.4% consists of variables Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, and Satisfaction, students feel comfortable when the exam using CBT and able to show the actual ability to do the work. Abstract
At this time parents and students are still confused with the majors they will take to complete education at the vocational school level. Many of them (students) choose a specialization field following the choices taken by the majority of their classmates who are familiar, regardless of the student's academic achievement factors. This has an impact on the incompatibility of areas of interest with the interests and skills of these students. As a result many students who have difficulty when completing education in vocational school. Many cases found that the selection of majors that are not in accordance with the ability, personality, interests and talents can influence students in following the learning in its class. The impact of student achievement decreased and could even occur drop out of school. Data Mining using C4.5 Algorithm method has greater accuracy value than Naïve Bayes method that is equal to 74,53% while Naïve Bayes accuracy value 67,89% with difference value equal to 6,64%, Rule yielded from method C4. 5 can be applied to the making of the student's determination system at SMK Bina Mandiri Teluk Naga. So it is expected to facilitate the management of SMK Bina Mandiri Teluk Naga in taking policy for students who are still confused in the determination of the majors. Abstract
In this paper, we describe the formatting guidelines for ACM SIG Proceedings. Based on the core issues of the wireless sensor network security model, this paper proposes a new design of pre-shared key pool, which is applied in the area-based key management scheme to ensure network security. This scheme designs a pre-allocated shared key pool architecture based time variables of one-way hash function, adds time parameters to key negotiation, node update, etc., updates the key through the time mechanism and detection mechanism, and effectively guarantees both forward and backward security of the node. For the problem that local nodes are easily captured, this paper designs a key update mechanism based on security events, namely a key pool update mechanism based on a one-way hash key chain. This new one is based on a one-way hash key chain. The key pool satisfies the security requirements for key generation and updating. After theoretical analysis and simulation, it is proved that node connectivity, node storage energy consumption, and anti-capture capability in the proposed improvement scheme are better than the original. Abstract
We travel across various places for personal or professional reasons and encounter many challenges. One of the major challenges would be to communicate with the local people at the destination city. The traveler may not know the cultural background of the area or the language is spoken in that area. The aim of the paper is to track the location of the user and identify the majorly spoken languages at that specific region/location and aid to communicate through translation by means of text-to-speech and back in speech-to-text in a specific language of the target area. Using Geographic Information System (GIS) services, track the location and get the majorly spoken languages. The user gets to choose one of the target languages and communicate. To communicate with the native people, the user types the text in English and it gets translated to native chosen language, the result is in the form of text/ speech. The user successfully communicates with native people in their own language without prior knowledge. This can be used by frequent travelers and during emergency situations to communicate across various countries or states. Abstract
Software testing is the one of the critical phase in the Software Development Life Cycle. Software under test goes through different phases, which as per the study are test analysis, test planning, test case/data/environment preparation, test execution, bug logging, tracking and test closure. The research which has been done in past to optimize overall testing process with intent of improving quality of software in a short period. After verifying and validating all available testing processes it has been found that different development models are used for different types of software applications and different software testing techniques are performed to test the same concept. Based on the research during the survey of this paper, it has been analyzed that each company select their testing process as per the requirement and performs testing based on the critical environment of the applications. The most critical components of each application have to be tested thoroughly to ensure their functional, performance and security features are behaving as expected. This paper teach about ensuring the quality of all types of software applications by performing different types of testing techniques and optimized software testing processes. As per the survey and research done testing types can be followed under three major testing techniques which are Functional, Performance and Security Testing and major software testing process called as Analysis, Preparation and Execution and closure. Influence of PITA LOAN Information System on Telesales Personal Loan Performance Using Technology Acceptance Model

Abstract
At the beginning of the development of telesales still using the manual with armed with customer and telephone database, with the semi-manual work is a lot of human error, so it needs to be further observation about the system that has been built so that it can be in accordance with company expectations. This study uses a conceptual framework developed by Davis et al in 1989 regarding perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention to use. The sampling technique using Nonprobability Sampling by distributing questionnaires to thirty two (32) respondents with 100% questionnaire return rate, this research also uses the concept of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework and using independent variable that is suitability of the task, and testing this research using technique Confirmatory Factor Analysis with the help of SPSS software as data processing media, and data analysis using Partial Least Square approach. The results showed Perceived Usefulness (PU) as much as 32 respondents with an average value of 12.75 and a standard deviation of 1.685 and a varience of 2.839. Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) with an average value of 12.59 and a standard deviation of 1.847 and a varience of 3.410. Attitude Toward Using (ATU) with an average value of 8.25 and a standard deviation of 0.803 and a varience of 0.645. Behavioral Intention To Use (BITU) with an average grade of 9.94 and a standard deviation of 0.564 and a varience of 0.319. Total suitability of user tasks with an average value of 5.34 and standard deviation of 1.181 and variance 1.394. Based on the results of 32 respondents of telesales personal loan staff who act as end-users, when viewed in terms of age of respondents, the age between 21-25 years assumes that the use of Pita Loan System does not have an impact on their performance, age between 26-35 years assume that there are only a few positive aspects of using the Pita Loan System, and over 35 years of age argue that the only positive value is in the ease of use. Bayesian Estimators for Normal Distribution Parameters, the Frequentist and Bayesian Approaches in Inferential Analysis

Abstract
The three goals of the inferential analysis are: parameter estimation, prediction from data and the model comparison. Usually a parameter of a probability distribution is unknown but determines the property of the distribution, that in the case of the normal distribution are its mean and standard deviation. The “bell curve” of the normal distribution is totally defined by the mean which is its centre and the standard deviation which is its width. For the prediction it is needed the estimation of certain parameters to predict future data. Moreover, the comparison of the models it is related with the selection of the best model among two or more suitable models which explain the data. The Frequentist inference is based on the long term frequencies but the Bayesian inference is mostly related to the degrees of belief and logical support. Shortly, the overview of the Frequentist means that probabilities are equal to the long term frequencies of an event without attaching them to hypothesis or to any fixed but unknown values, but in contrast with this, for a Bayesian it is possible to use probabilities to represent uncertainty or hypothesis. In this article, it will be presented the estimation of the normal distribution parameters from the Bayesian inference and at least it will be discussed the comparison of the estimators from the classical and Bayesian analysis from the results obtained from simulations.
